IT Services

IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.

IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage Service Request and Knowledge base Articles which is why our Services and Knowledgebase article pages have a bit of the different look and feel.

IT Services is once again inviting all students to take part in a brief survey about your experience using the wireless (Wi-Fi) network on campus.   We are here to support you and ensure you have reliable access to the wireless network across all campus spaces - your feedback is crucial in helping us identify and resolve Wi-Fi issues quickly and effectively.

Student accounts closing

IT Services is currently undergoing an bi annual account clean up for student accounts.  Students whom have not been registered for the past 365 days will be receiving email notices about their accounts end date.  Use the knowledgebase article below to back up your data before the end date.

Student Positions for the summer and 2026-2027 Academic year.

Do you want to become a part of a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced, professional environment while building on your professional, technology, customer service, and audio-visual skill set?  We are seeking detail-orientated applicants with strong communication skills for our helpdesk and av assistant positions.  IT Services employs a staff of 12-15 through the academic year and offers three full time summer positions.
